Imperial Innovations Group plc (AIM: IVO, 'the Group', 'Innovations') announces that its non-executive director Mark Rowan will resign from the Board on 31 July 2015.

Mark was appointed to the Board in April 2006, having been a director of the Group's subsidiary Imperial Innovations Ltd since January 2005. He joined Innovations after a career working at J.P. Morgan and American International Group and has also provided advice on strategic and structural issues to a broad spectrum of companies, including early-stage technology investments.

Mark served as the Chairman of the Group's Audit and Risk Committee since the Group's IPO in 2006. He also served on the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee.

Linda Wilding takes over as chair of the Audit and Risk Committee on 1 August 2015.
