Director/PDMR Shareholding

ISG plc, the international construction services group, has been notified by the following directors that they have accepted the mandatory offer from Cathexis UK Holdings Limited in full:

G V Aldridge - Corporate Development Director

R M Dantzic - Non-Executive Chairman

A H Griffiths - Non-Executive Director

J C B Houlton - Group Finance Director

S D Lawther - Chief Executive Officer

R S Mully - Non-Executive Director

J R Stevenson - Non-Executive Director

G V Aldridge, J C B Houlton and S D Lawther have a remaining beneficial interest in the Company of 1,189 shares, 5,513 shares and 6,470 shares respectively. These shares are held in the Company's BAYE scheme and acceptances will be submitted in due course.
