Interior Services Group PLC18 September 2006 Interior Services Group plcDirectors' shareholdings 18 September 2006 The Board of Interior Services Group plc ("the Company") announces that it hasgranted options to Mr Jonathan Houlton over 135,000 ordinary shares and optionsto Mr Ian Stephen Trotter over 135,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Companyat an option price of 261.5p per share, being the average of the closingmid-market prices of ordinary shares of the Company as quoted on the AIM list ofthe London Stock Exchange plc on each of the three business days immediatelypreceding the date of grant. The options will be exercisable from 18 September2009 to 17 September 2016. The options have been granted under the Company'sapproved and unapproved share option plans. Under the approved plan Mr JonathanHoulton and Mr Ian Stephen Trotter have each been granted an option over 11,472shares. The remainder have been granted under the unapproved plan and are to betriggered subject to prescribed EPS growth targets over a specified period.
