Helen Cowing to be appointed CFO

The Board of ISG plc ("ISG" or the "Group" or the "Company"), the international construction services group, announces that Helen Cowing will take up the role of Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of ISG from 14 March 2016. She succeeds Jonathan Houlton who has been Group Finance Director for 9 years and has expressed his wish to resign from the Company. Jonathan will remain with the Company through the reporting of the half year results to facilitate an orderly handover to Helen. He is expected to leave the Company on 30 June 2016 and will stand down as a director of the Board on 14 March 2016.

Helen, 49, is a Chartered Management Accountant, a Fellow of the Institute of Directors, and has a MBA from the IMD business school in Lausanne. She has extensive experience across a number of industries and strong operational knowledge of multi-country businesses gained from her roles at Fritolay EMEA (PepsiCo) as Operations Planning Director, Novartis Medical Nutrition as Global Head of Business Planning, both based in Switzerland, and with APM Terminals B.V. as Global Head of Finance based in The Netherlands. She has also been involved with refinancing and acquisitions. In the past year Helen has been employed as CFO at American Golf, Europe's largest golf retailer. Prior to this she was CFO of Selecta, the European market leader in vending and CFO of Fat Face, the clothing retailer.
