Pursuant to Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4, Interserve Plc (the"Company") announces that, on 9 April 2013, the Company granted an Award underthe Interserve Performance Share Plan 2006 (in the form of Nil-cost options),to each of the following Executive Directors/Persons Discharging ManagerialResponsibilities ("PDMRs"), to acquire ordinary shares of 10p each in theCompany ("Shares"), up to the maximum numbers shown below:-
