Interserve Plc (the "Company") was notified on 23 May 2014 by the Trustees of the Interserve Share Incentive Plan 2009 that the cash dividends paid on 21 May 2014 had been reinvested and used to purchase 28,481 Dividend Shares on 23 May 2014 at a price of 647.50 pence per share.
