Update regarding the Chairman
IQGeo Group plc (AIM: IQG) today provides an update on the position of the Chairman of the Company.
The Company regrets to announce that, following his recent illness, Peter Harverson has decided to resign from the board and all IQGeo group companies with immediate effect. The board thanks Peter for his hard work since appointment in 2005, through many years of growth and transformation for the Group, and wishes him a speedy recovery.
Paul Taylor, who has served as acting Chairman on an interim basis, will succeed Peter as Chairman on a permanent basis.
A process is under way to identify further appointments to the Board and its committees for which updates will be announced in due course.
