Ubisense Group plc (AIM: UBI) announces that it received notification on 25 April 2016 that Richard Green, CEO of the Company, purchased 115,617 ordinary shares of 2p each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 30.0p per share from the R T Green Children's Trust, of which Mr Green is a trustee. The purchase took place on 25 April 2016.

The transaction does not result in any change in beneficial ownership and Mr Green's interest in Ordinary Shares in the Company therefore remains unchanged at 1,844,462 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.30% of the total issued share capital of the Company, and all of which is now directly held.
