IQGeo announces major contract with new tier 1 Canadian telecoms operator

IQGeo Group plc (AIM: IQG) is pleased to announce a significant new contract for software and services with a major tier 1 Canadian telecoms network operator. The new contract has an order value of £1.2m for software licence subscriptions and implementation services to be recognised over three years.

The new customer provides a wide range of telecommunications and entertainment services to business and residential customers in Eastern Canada. After an extensive evaluation process, they selected IQGeo's geospatial Platform and Workflow Manager software to rapidly capture and visualise the status of projects, service tickets and critical network assets for office staff and remote field crews. Their initial deployment will allow them to efficiently manage their increasingly complex network processes, reducing cost and risk, while improving customer satisfaction.
