Dividend in specie - posting of circular and form of election
Further to the Company's announcement of 4 June 2015 and the passing of the resolutions at the Company's recent Annual General Meeting, Impellam announces that it is today posting an explanatory circular (the "Circular") to Eligible Shareholders detailing an optional dividend in specie. An accompanying form of election has also been posted to Eligible Shareholders. These documents are available to view on the Company's website at http://investors.impellam.com
Impellam shareholders on the register of members on or prior to the dividend record date of 10 July 2015, who are not Eligible Shareholders, will receive their final dividend in cash of 7.75p per share.
If Eligible Shareholders wish to receive their dividend in cash, they must complete the form of election and return it to the Company's registrars, in accordance with its instructions.
All capitalised terms in this announcement have the same meaning as those definitions used in the Circular, dated today.
