Director/PDMR shareholding

The Company has been notified by Derek O'Neill, Non-Executive Director, of an error in relation to past disclosure of his interest in ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Due to this error his interest has been overstated by 64 Ordinary Shares since he joined the Group in November 2014 following the acquisition of Lorien Limited. Mr O'Neill has confirmed he currently has an interest in 707,506 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 1.4 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
