Impellam Group plc ("Impellam" or "the Group")

Directorate Change

The Board of Impellam Group plc, a global provider of human capital resource solutions, including staffing, permanent placement, managed services and other business support services, announces a top management restructuring following a strategic review. The review has concluded that the Group's business objectives would be better achieved with a flatter and more streamlined management organisation which has led to the decision that there is no longer a place for the Group CEO position. The current Group CEO Mr. Desmond Doyle has agreed to step down from the Board with immediate effect and to provide advice during the transition period.

The Board wishes to offer its thanks to Mr. Doyle for his six years of service to the Group. During his time with the Group, Mr Doyle moved from Group Finance Director and Chief Operating Officer of The Corporate Services Group plc ("CSG") to CEO of CSG and subsequently became Group CEO of Impellam following the merger of CSG and Carlisle Group plc.

Cheryl Jones, previously Non-Executive Chairman, is now Chairman of Impellam Group plc. Ms. Jones will be responsible for the continued development of strategy and the realignment of the Impellam businesses in keeping with current market trends and opportunities.

Ms. Jones was appointed as Non-Executive Chairman of Impellam in November 2008. Ms. Jones served as Chairman and CEO of OneSource Holdings Inc. from 2003 to 2006, and CEO of OneSource Services Inc. from 2006 to 2007. Prior to her appointment as Chairman and CEO in 2003, she was Executive Vice-President of OneSource Holdings Inc. which she joined in 2001. Ms. Jones served as Senior Vice President of subsidiaries of National Service Industries where she held several senior positions in strategy development and operational change management from 1994 to 2001. Ms. Jones has been a Non-Executive Director of BB Holdings Limited since 2003.
