The disposal that is the subject of this notification results from a series of intra-group transfers of the beneficial interest in, in aggregate, 28,960,000 shares, representing 2.14% of voting rights, by Peel Chapel No.4 Limited to Goodweather Investment Management Limited. The total number of voting rights held indirectly by Peel Holdings (IOM) Limited as a controlling undertaking of Peel Chapel No.4 Limited and Goodweather Investment Management Limited remains 26.675% following the transfer.
