RE: Fully Redeemed Notes and Cancellation of Listing

The Issuer wishes to announce that, as scheduled, the Notes will be redeemed at their principal amount on 15 December 2008.

The Irish Stock Exchange has agreed to remove the Notes from the Official List and from trading on the Main Market of the Irish Stock Exchange with effect from today, 15 December 2008.
