Director's share dealing
Inland Plc ('the Company') announces that it was notified on 21 July 2008 that Nishith Malde (Finance Director) purchased 350,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 14.5p per share. 175,000 ordinary shares, which are treated as his own holding for disclosure purposes, were purchased by his minor child's trust on 21 July 2008. 175,000 ordinary shares, which are treated as his own holding for disclosure purposes, were purchase by Nishith Malde's pension plan.
Following the purchase, Nishith Malde is interested in 8,524,000 Inland Shares representing
approximately 5.26% of its issued share capital.
The Company also announces that it was notified on 21 July 2008 that Stephen Wicks (Chief Executive) purchased 250,000 Shares at 14.5 pence each in the Company.
Following the purchase, Stephen Wicks is interested in 20,375,009 ordinary shares representing approximately 12.57% of its issued share capital.
