Director's share dealing

The Company received notification today that on 28 April 2010, Nishith Malde, Finance Director purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 19.333p per share. Mr Malde's pension fund also purchased 150,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 19.317p per share. 16,000 ordinary shares, which are treated as his holding for disclosure purposes, were also purchased by his minor child's trust at 19.50p per share on 28 April 2010. 

Following the above purchases , Nishith Malde is interested in 10,375,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 5.93% of its issued share capital.
