Director shareholding
The Company was advised today that Nishith Malde, an executive director of the Company, transferred 7,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from his International Pension Plan to a Qualifying Non UK Pension Scheme, for no consideration. Following the transfer, Nishith Malde continues to have an interest in 11,270,029 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 5.56% of the Company's issued share capital.
