Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 we would like to notify the market of the following:
The Company's issued share capital consists of 7,574,548 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1p each ('Ordinary Shares'). The Company holds 2,238 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 7,572,310.
The figure of 7,572,310 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
