Director Shareholding
IndigoVision Group plc announces, further to its announcement of 5 March 2018, that the 40,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") purchased by Max Thowless-Reeves, Non-Executive Director, on 2 March 2018 have been transferred into his self-invested pension plan. Max's aggregate interest of 87,383 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 1.16 per cent. of the voting share capital of IndigoVision, remains unchanged.
