Voting Rights and Capital
In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 the Company notifies the market of the following:
The Company's capital consists of 84,095,207 Ordinary Shares with voting rights, plus 214,095,457 Deferred Shares, which have no voting rights.
Each Ordinary Share carries the right to one vote.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 84,095,207.
The above figure (84,095,207) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Close High Income Properties plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
