PDMR Dealings
IMImobile announces that it received notification on 17 February that Jay Patel, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has, for personal estate and tax planning purposes, transferred 550,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") for nil consideration to a related trust of which he is trustee and of which his immediate family are the sole beneficiaries.
Following the transfer the beneficial interest of Jay Patel and persons closely associated to him remains unchanged representing 3,632,500 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
The following notifications are made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19(3) of the EU Market Abuse Regulation. The Company's Legal Entity Identifier ("LEI") is 213800LIE15BDEN3VW43.
