Issue of shares and total voting rights
During December 2020, the Company issued 20,001 new Ordinary shares of 10p each from its block listing authority of 23 September 2019, 8,112 new Ordinary shares of 10p each from its block listing authority of 10 January 2020 and 53,237 new Ordinary shares of 10p each from its block listing authority of 17 August 2020 (together the "Share Issue"). Following the Share Issue the Company has the ability to issue a further 13,000 shares under its block listing facility of 19 October 2018, 101,563 shares under its block listing facility of 23 September 2019 and 213,527 shares under its block listing facility of 17 August 2020.
The Company's enlarged issued share capital comprises 82,552,145 ordinary shares. The Company holds zero shares in treasury. Therefore, when calculating voting rights, shareholders should use the figure of 82,552,145 as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
