Imagination Technologies Group plc Director Transaction in Shares

The following Director of Imagination Technologies Group plc, carried out the following transaction in the ordinary shares of l0p each in the Company:

Hossein Yassaie, Chief Executive Officer

Mr Yassaie has exercised nil-cost share options under the Company's Employee Share Plan for 1,029,000 ordinary shares in the Company, which was granted in 2008. He notified the Company today that he sold 802,000 ordinary shares at a price of £577.4142, using the sale proceeds to pay income tax and national insurance of approximately £3.5m due on this transaction. He retained 227,000 ordinary shares.

His total shareholding following this transaction has increased to 800,832 ordinary shares.
