Imagination Technologies Group plc ('Company*) Awards under the Employee Share Plan

On 29 October 2009, Trevor Selby, the Company's Chief Financial Officer, received Contingent Awards and a beneficial interest jointly held with the Company's Employee Benefit Trust over 100,000 ordinary shares of 10p under the Employee Share Plan, The price of ordinary shares in the Company at the close of the market on 28 October was £2.08.

These shares will vest 29 October 2012 subject to the achievement of performance conditions.
