Directors' Transaction in Shares
The following Directors of Imagination Technologies Group plc, carried out the following transaction in the ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company:
Geoff Shingles, Chairman
Mr Shingles notified the Company on 18 August that he sold 23,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of £3.52.
His total shareholding following this transaction is 141,133 ordinary shares.
Hossein Yassaie, Chief Executive Officer
Mr Yassaie has exercised a Long-Term Incentive Plan option for 500,000 ordinary shares in the Company which was granted in 2001 at an exercise price of 64p, He notified the Company on 18 August that he sold 413,870 ordinary shares at a price of £3.41, using the sale proceeds of 233,532 ordinary shares in order to pay income tax and national insurance due on this transaction, and retained 86,130 ordinary shares which represents 50% of the net gain.
His total shareholding following this transaction has increased to 536,897 ordinary shares.
Trevor Selby, Chief Financial Officer
Mr Selby notified the Company on 18 August that he sold 24,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of £3.48.
His total shareholding following this transaction is 109,702 ordinary shares.
