Appointment of David Anderson as a Non-Executive Director
Imagination Technologies Group plc (LSE: IMG, “Imagination” or “the Group”), a leading multimedia, communications and embedded processor technology company, has appointed David Anderson as an independent non-executive director with immediate effect.
David has 27 years investment banking experience including 17 years at Lazard and six years at JP Morgan Cazenove. David will join the Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee.

The Group confirms that there is no information to disclose relating to Mr Anderson under rules 9.6.13 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
