Update on Requisition of EGM
Infrastructure India plc ("Infrastructure India" or the "Company"), the investment company focusing on Indian infrastructure assets, would like to advise shareholders that, further to its announcement of 15 January 2010, the Company is currently in the process of finalising a circular to shareholders convening a general meeting ("the Circular") following the requisition by Advance UK Trust plc ("Advance UK") in December 2009. The Circular is then required to be approved by the UK Listing Authority, pursuant to Listing Rule 13.2.1, and will be posted to shareholders as soon as practicable, thereafter.
