Infrastructure India plc, an AIM quoted infrastructure fund investing directly into assets in India, announces that Vikram Viswanath has resigned from his position as a non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.
Mr. Viswanath remains an advisor to the board of directors of IIP (the "Board") and to the Company's investee company, Distribution Logistics Infrastructure Private Limited ("DLI").
The Board wishes to thank Mr. Viswanath for the contribution he has made to the development of IIP and DLI and for his continued advice in relation to DLI.
