Issue of Equity and resultant change in Director Shareholdings
IFL announces that on 29 May 2008 a total of 816,666 unlisted options were exercised at various exercise prices by Directors. These shares rank pari passu with the existing class of ordinary shares.
Also on 29 May 2008 a total of 766,666 ordinary shares were sold by directors.
The notification of transactions of directors/persons discharging managerial responsibility and connected persons for the directors are attached.
As a result of the exercise of the options the total issued share capital of the Company has increased to 504,827,458 ordinary shares.
