Purchase of own preference shares
The Board of Invista European Real Estate Trust SICAF (the "Company") announces that on 25 July 2012, the Company purchased 185,000 of its own preference shares at a price of 95p per share. These preference shares will be held in treasury.The purchase represents 0.63% of the Company's total outstanding preference shares in issue. Following the purchase of these preference shares, the Company will have 29,137,134 preference shares in issue of which 435,000 will be held in treasury. The preference shares of the Company do not carry voting rights at general meetings of the Company except under certain circumstances.
