InnovaDerma (LSE: IDP), a UK developer of beauty, personal care and life sciences products, announces it received notification on 20 March 2020 that Ross Andrews, Non-executive Director had purchased 20,000 Ordinary shares of €0.10 each in the Company at an average price of 40 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the Purchase, Ross Andrews now holds a total of 94,860 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.65% of the issued share capital of the Company.
