Idox plc (AIM: IDOX), a leading supplier of specialist information management solutions and services, announces that further to the announcement of 15 March 2018 regarding the award of 1,900,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares" and "LTIP Shares") to Richard Kellett-Clarke, Mr Kellett-Clarke has now sold 963,000 Ordinary Shares to satisfy his associated tax liability. The balance of Mr Kellett-Clarke's LTIP Shares are subject to a lock in until 9 November 2019.
