Jonathan Legdon, COO, appointed to the Board
Idox plc (AIM: IDOX), a leading supplier of specialist information management software and geospatial data solutions to the public and asset-intensive sectors, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jonathan Legdon, currently the Group's Chief Operating Officer (COO), to the Board as an Executive Director with immediate effect.
Jonathan has extensive experience as a successful business leader across technology, outsourcing, and consultancy businesses for both private and public sector markets. He joined Idox plc in 2019 and currently serves as COO. He will continue serving in this capacity, supporting the Group CEO across the Company's strategic priorities and deliverables.
