Correction of payment date for dividend
The Company provides a correction of the payment date for the final dividend as announced in its 'FY24 Results' announcement released on 28 January 2025 at 7.00 under RNS No 8657U.
The payment date of the final dividend has been corrected to 17 April 2025 from 18 April 2025 as previously reported. The relevant paragraph in the announcement should have read thus:
"Dividends
The Board has proposed an increased final dividend of 0.7p (2023: 0.6p) for FY24. Subject to approval at the AGM, the final dividend will be paid on 17 April 2025 to shareholders on the register as at 4 April 2025. This decision was reached after a full consideration of the continuing growth opportunities before the business, our strong financial position and our confidence in the future."
All other details remain unchanged.
