Board Change
ldox plc (AIM: IDOX), a leading supplier of specialist information management solutions and services, announces that Barbara Moorhouse, Non-Executive Director, will step down from the Board at the Group's forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) having completed her three year term of office in January 2019. The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Barbara for her contribution to the Group and wish her well for the future.
As previously announced the Group expects to issue its FY2018 preliminary results announcement in February 2019 and will provide a further update as to the date of the Group's AGM at this time.
