Shares owned Shares Resultant Resultant prior to sale sold holding holding Mr P Hailes**(Finance Director) 1,341,650 425,000 916,650 6.87% ** This includes 40,100 shares held by Mrs. Hailes. IDS was also informed today that the wife of Paul Hailes sold 3,900 ordinaryshares of 2p in the Company on 11 December 2006 at a price of 218 pence each.The company was also informed as the fact that Paul Hailes had bought 1,350ordinary shares of 2p in the company for his stepson on 22 September 2005 at aprice of 75.5 pence each. These shares are also held in his name as his stepsonwas under the age of 16 at the time of the purchase.
