Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings plc (AIM: IDH), a leading producer of diagnostic testing kits and automated systems for the clinical and research markets, announces that it was informed on 27 January, 2012 of a number of share purchases made by persons connected to Dr. Burkhard Wittek, Non-Executive Director of IDS, on 26 January, 2012.
Dr. Wittek is a Director of Forum Venture Capital GmbH ("FVC") and Forum European Smallcaps GmbH ("FES"). Transactions by FVC, FES and other persons connected to Dr. Wittek are summarised below. The percentage holding calculations are based on the Company's issued share capital of 28,403,469 ordinary shares of 2p each ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
