Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings plc (IDH.L) ("IDS" or the "Company"), a specialist producer of manual and automated diagnostic testing kits and instrumentation for the clinical and research markets, was advised on 9 July that Peter Kaspar, Non-Executive Director, acquired 4,100 ordinary shares of 2p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of €1.657 per Ordinary Share. At an average foreign exchange rate of €1.17 per £ this equates to a purchase price of £1.42 per ordinary share. The share purchases occurred on 7 and 8 July.

Following these purchases, Dr Kaspar is interested in 15,100 Ordinary Shares, 0.05% of the issued share capital of the Company.
