Cupid plc (AIM: CUP), a global leader in online dating, announces that Mark Doughty is stepping down from his position on the Cupid Board.
The Board now consists of two Executive Directors and three Non-Executive Directors.
Bill Dobbie, Chief Executive of Cupid plc, said:
"Mark's contribution to the Group over the last three years has been extensive and he has been a valuable asset to the Group. We wish him well in the future."
