Board Change
IDE Group Holdings plc (AIM: IDE), the mid-market network, cloud and IT managed services provider, announces today that Non-Executive Chairman Jonathan Watts has advised that he wishes to step down from the Board of the Company due to health reasons. Jonathan has agreed to continue in his current role until the end of January 2018 to enable a smooth transition to current Non-Executive Director Bill Dobbie who will step in as interim Chairman.
Bill Dobbie commented: "On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Jonathan for his constant dedication to the Group. Jonathan has been a vital asset in building IDE Group to what it is today. We wish him all the very best for the future."
