Publication of Final Terms
The following Final Terms are available for viewing:
Final Terms dated 6 June 2014 (the "Final Terms") relating to the issue by Intermediate Capital Group plc of €25,000,000 4.282 per cent. Notes due March 2019 (the "Notes") (to be consolidated and form a single Series with the Issuer's €50,000,000 4.282 per cent. Notes due March 2019, issued on 10 March 2014) pursuant to its Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme").
The Final Terms contain the final terms of the Notes and must be read in conjunction with the Base Prospectus dated 28 February 2014 relating to the Programme (the "Base Prospectus"). The Base Prospectus constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of Article 5.4 of Directive 2003/71/EC (as amended). Full information on Intermediate Capital Group plc and the offer of the Notes is only available on the basis of the combination of the Base Prospectus and the Final Terms.
