Treasury shares
The Company announces that on 30 January 2013 it transferred to participants in its 2009 Sharesave Scheme 26,453 ordinary shares at £3.23. These shares were previously held as treasury shares.
Following the above transactions, the Company holds 18,365,305 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 646,171,701 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
