The Company has today issued to shareholders the annual report and financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2010, the notice of annual general meeting 2010 and the form of proxy.
Copies of the annual report and financial statement for the year ended 31 March 2010, the notice of annual general meeting 2010 and the form of proxy have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:

In addition, these documents are now available to view on the Company's website at www.icap.com
At the annual general meeting due to be held on Wednesday 14 July 2010, it is proposed that the Company adopts new articles of association. A summary of the proposed changes is set out in the appendix to the notice of annual general meeting 2010 and is available on the Company's website at:
www.icap.com
Copies of the proposed new articles of association have also been submitted to the UK Listing Authority.
