Hyve Group plc announces that it was notified on 14 July 2020 that its Chief Operating Officer, John Gulliver, had sold 10,400 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company and then immediately re-purchased 10,400 ordinary shares via his ISA. Following these transactions, Mr Gulliver's overall beneficial interest in Hyve shares remains unchanged.
