Total Voting Rights
In conformity with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company confirms that, following the issue and admission to AIM on 2 January 2013 of 12,282,496 ordinary shares of 0.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the repayment of the Company's secured loan notes announced on 19 December 2012, its issued share capital comprises 479,137,027 Ordinary Shares.
56,673,333 Ordinary Shares are held by a member of the Hydrodec Group and are therefore disenfranchised. As a result, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the Company is 422,463,694.
The above figure of 422,463,694 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
