Directors' declaration 

Pursuant to Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies (the "AIM Rules"), Hydrogen announces the following change to a director's disclosure under Schedule Two, Paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules:

Ishbel Macpherson, a Non-executive director of the Company, has confirmed to the Company that Game Group plc, a company of which she is a director, was placed into administration on 26 March 2012.
