Block Listing Application
Application has been made to London Stock Exchange plc for a block listing totaling 200,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Shares"). The Shares will, when issued, rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing Shares in issue.
The Shares will be issued pursuant to the exercise of options in connection with The Hydrogen 2007 Enterprise Management Initiative Scheme.
Admission is expected to become effective on 8 July 2010.
