First day of dealings

Hadrian's Wall Secured Investments Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce the commencement of dealings in its ordinary shares of no par value (the "Shares") at 8.00 am today on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange and admission to the premium segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority (together, "Admission").

The total number of Shares in the Company in issue immediately following Admission is 80,024,706, each with equal voting rights. This total voting rights figure can be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority.

The ordinary shares will trade under the TIDM HWSL (ISIN: GG00BYMYC345).
