Suffolk Life Annuities Ltd purchased 20,000 Ordinary Shares at 88 penceeach. Mr Hew Balfour is beneficially interested in these shares. Followingthis purchase, Mr Balfour is interested in 370,127 Ordinary Shares, representing0.96% of the Company's issued share capital. 2. TC Nominees (No 1) Limited purchased 30,000 Ordinary Shares at 85 penceeach. Mr Malcolm Gourlay has an interest in these shares.
