Hummingbird Resources plc ("Hummingbird" or the "Company") (AIM: HUM), announces a change of information in relation to Daniel Betts and Stephen Betts, Directors of the Company, pursuant to AIM Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) to the AIM Rules for Companies.

Daniel Betts and Stephen Betts are directors of Stephen Betts and Sons Limited, which has entered into a Company Voluntary Arrangement on 14th April 2023, following a fire at one of its sites. There is no

impact on the Company due to this event.
